DNTL Properties LLC treats every engagement like a suite on the board: the name goes up when the paperwork is signed, and it comes down when the file is closed. Forty-five suites across four wings — management, appraisal, escrow and agency — all under one rule: nothing runs on a handshake alone.

We work from 3043 N 870 W, Lehi, Utah 84043. This website describes our directory of services — it is not a management agreement, not an appraisal, and not a trust account. Engagements, fees and fiduciary duties are set in signed documents at the office.

Agreement before access

No property is managed, valued, listed or held in escrow until the engagement letter is signed. The directory describes scope — the contract is what opens the door.

Trust funds stay segregated

Deposits, rents and escrow balances live in lawfully maintained trust accounts, reconciled on schedule — never commingled, never routed through this website.

Report the ledger, not the story

Owners get statements as the books show them: occupancy, arrears, disbursements, reserves. The numbers go out plain — no varnish.

Is this website a management agreement?
No. The directory lists our scope of services only. Management authority, fees, reporting duties and trust arrangements are set in a written agreement signed by both parties — never from this page.
Does the site process rent or deposits?
No. This website collects no payments of any kind. Rents, deposits and escrow funds move only through lawfully maintained trust accounts under signed instructions.
Are appraisals ordered through this site?
No — appraisal engagements are scoped and confirmed in writing. Nothing on this site is an appraisal, an opinion of value, or a substitute for one.
Do you sell real estate?
Our wings cover management, appraisal, escrow, listing, landman and consulting scopes. Brokerage activity is conducted only where licensed and under written agreements — the website itself sells nothing.
Can I start escrow through the form?
You can start the conversation — escrow instructions, however, require signed paperwork and lawful trust procedures handled at the office.
How do I post a notice?
