These Terms of Service govern your use of the website operated by DNTL Properties LLC ("DNTL," "we," "us") at dntlprope.shop. By using this site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the site. These terms concern the website only — real estate services are governed by signed engagement documents.
This site is an informational directory of the services offered by DNTL Properties LLC: residential and commercial property management, real estate appraisal, and escrow & agency services. It exists so owners, buyers, lenders and counterparties can learn our scope and reach the office.
Management, appraisal, escrow and fiduciary work is performed under applicable Utah law, licensing requirements and written engagement terms. Where a service requires a license, the license governs — the website does not. Scope exclusions apply: for example, our consulting scope excludes work performed by licensed agents or appraisers, and our asset-management scope excludes property management, each as posted in the directory.

Submitting the notice form or emailing us opens a conversation — nothing more. Do not treat a sent form as filed instructions, and do not include payment data or regulated personal data. Until both parties sign engagement documents, no duty to manage, value, list or hold funds exists.
We work to keep the directory accurate, but make no warranty that content is complete, current or error-free. Service availability, personnel, fees and processes may change; the signed engagement controls in every case.
Site design, text, graphics and the "Directory" concept belong to DNTL Properties LLC and its developer, DNTL Prop. You may view and print pages for your own evaluation of our services; other reproduction requires written permission.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from this website shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Utah County, Utah, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
